Rob Indresano, President & CEO

Rob Indresano, President & CEO

Robert Indresano has been President and COO of Barton Associates, a leading national locum tenens physician, NP, PA, CRNA and dentist recruiting and staffing company, since 2007. He is responsible for the company’s strategic vision and overall management of company operations. 

Rob also serves as the CEO of Barton Associates’ subsidiary, Barton Healthcare Staffing. Barton Healthcare Staffing focuses on building a broad network of quality nursing and allied health clinicians. Rob holds a JD degree from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Boston College.

Lina Gallotto, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Barton Associates, Lina develops strategy and systems while building the sales leadership and operations teams to execute in a highly competitive, fast growing healthcare staffing market.

In her previous career, Lina was one of the first employees to join Oxford Global Resources more than 20 years ago, as an Operations Manager. Since then, she has held a number of Executive positions. Lina holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Northeastern and an MBA from Endicott College.

Rob O'Hara, Chief Financial Officer

Robert O’Hara has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barton Associates since 2010. As CFO, he oversees all financial, accounting, treasury and tax functions for Barton and its subsidiaries. Robert is a Certified Public Accountant who started his career with Ernst & Young where he was an audit manager serving a variety of public and privately held companies. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Providence College.

Vikas Lulla, Chief Information Officer

Vikas joined Barton Associates in 2015 and he leads the technology team. Vikas has over 20 years of experience working on technology related initiatives and holds an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University.

Vikas enjoys playing cricket, traveling and spending time with his family.

Anne Zukowski, Sr. Vice President, Inbound Division

As the Sr. Vice President of Inbound Sales and Recruitment for Barton Associates, Anne oversees the strategy of all inbound sales and recruiting initiatives including all medical specialties, across 3 offices. 

Since becoming Sr. Vice President of Barton’s inbound division, Anne has successfully staffed temporary providers at traditional medical facilities, for emergency response and humanitarian projects, and at non-traditional locations supporting federal, state, and local government sponsored projects. Anne joined Barton in 2010, and has continued to rise up through the organization, leading teams, and becoming a go-to for her sales acumen. Outside of work, Anne is an accomplished runner and enjoys spending time with her husband, horses, and her 3-legged goat

Erin Arbour, Director of Administrative Sales Support

Erin Arbour is the Director of Administrative Sales Support for Barton Associates. With over 20 years of experience working in the staffing industry, Erin is a seasoned, results-driven business professional focused on providing exceptional customer service and support.

At Barton Associates, Erin oversees six departments: Travel, Risk, Credentialing, Licensing, Account Representatives, and Office Administration. Each of these departments plays a crucial and collaborative role in delivering the fastest and most efficient service possible. Together, these departments work towards the common goal of creating a smooth and efficient back-end process that ensures customer satisfaction and provides fundamental support for our sales and recruiting teams.

Stacy Cyr, Director of Marketing

Stacy Cyr joined Barton Associates as the Director of Marketing in Nov 2020 where she is responsible for the execution of all marketing efforts including digital and offline marketing that bring highly skilled healthcare professionals and in-need facilities to the Barton website. Before making the move to Barton, Stacy was the Marketing Strategy Director for Deluxe Corporation, running the go-to-market strategy for the Cloud services division. 

For more than 15 years Stacy has continued to hone her skills at startups, large-and-small businesses, and now the 4th largest locum tenens agency in the United States. Outside of work, Stacy cheers enthusiastically for the Boston RedSox and the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoys traveling with her husband and cuddling with their dog Jackson. Stacy earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Babson College.

Jon Retchin

Jon Retchin, Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition & Learning

Jonathan Retchin is Barton Associates’ Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Learning. He has over 22 years of staffing industry experience. Jonathan began his staffing career as an Account Manager at Oxford Global Resources where he won numerous sales awards. In 2006 he opened up an office and started a new specialty for the company. He joined Barton in 2010 as an Operations Manager and opened up the company’s 3rd office location in CT. 

In late 2015, Jonathan became the Director of Talent Acquisition where he oversees all internal recruiting and hiring. In 2019 he assumed responsibility for Learning & Development and has since successfully implemented a LMS system and developed a number of Barton’s training programs. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

John Scalia, General Counsel

John Scalia joined Barton & Associates, Inc. as General Counsel in January 2022, with 30 years of private practice experience representing organizations and individuals in a variety of counseling and litigation matters. John sits on the Board of Directors of Aging with Dignity, a

non-profit organization devoted to serving, and advocating for the rights of, the elderly, disabled, and mentally ill. He earned his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, and his law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He is the sibling of eight brothers and sisters, and father of four adult children. John and his wife Cassandra reside in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

John Maher

John Maher, Head of Human Resources

John Maher joined Barton & Associates, as the Head of Human Resources, in May 2022. As a Senior Human Resources leader and business partner John oversees HR functional areas such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, organizational structure and HR information systems. 

John is known for being an excellent communicator, problem solver, subject matter expert and change agent while maintaining the highest ethical standards. John also serves as a mentor to others and aligns with business partners to achieve organizational success.
